Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in meat product processing and manufacturing to supervise production processes, manage procurement, and ensure quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of production processes and automated production systems 2. Participation in slaughter, butchering, and cutting tasks with quality assurance 3. Management of procurement, warehouse control, and coordination of shipments We seek a candidate with experience in meat product processing and manufacturing. The primary role will be to supervise meat product and prepared food production processes, as well as ensure the proper functioning of automated production systems. The candidate will also participate in slaughter, butchering, and cutting tasks, always guaranteeing maximum quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include procurement management, warehouse control, and shipment coordination. Knowledge of food safety regulations and commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are highly valued. A basic vocational qualification or equivalent is required, along with prior experience in the meat industry. A valid food handler’s certificate is mandatory. Immediate availability and possession of a personal vehicle are considered advantageous. Valid food handler’s certificate. Proven prior experience in the meat industry (approximately 2 years).
