Job Summary: The Lead CSA Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance, economic control, and quality assurance during construction execution, as well as coordinating work packages. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure construction execution in accordance with drawings and regulations. 2. Coordinate and supervise on-site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers. 3. Manage the project's economic control and resolve unforeseen issues. The Lead CSA Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with planning, economic control, and quality requirements for construction execution, while also guaranteeing proper coordination among various work packages. Main Responsibilities: * Ensure construction execution complies with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Verify that materials and procedures used meet required quality standards. * Coordinate and supervise on-site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Develop and update work schedules, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. * Manage the project's economic control. * Identify and resolve unforeseen issues arising during construction execution. * Ensure the project complies with all local and national regulations. Requirements: * Education: Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. * Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of prior experience supervising industrial construction projects. * Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of construction techniques and project management; proficiency in specialized budgeting and scheduling software (e.g., Presto, TCQ, Arquímedes, MS Project); familiarity with BIM methodology and working environment.
