This is a permanent position, fully remote. Mandatory Requirements: * Minimum 10 years of IT experience * Minimum 3–4 years of project management experience (depending on the specific role) * Key responsibilities include: + Gather and define business requirements + Ensure functional consistency of the product + Coordinate among technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors + Oversee the roadmap, feature prioritization, and delivery + Guarantee high service levels and product quality + Manage project financial control * Languages: Minimum B2 level English * Required Skills: + Kanban. In-depth knowledge of Kanban implementation at team and department levels, including aggregated boards and use of metrics: - Delivery time, delivery ratio, and Work-in-Progress (WIP) limits - Application of Kanban principles and practices - Design and modeling of workflow systems - Visualization of workflow and WIP limitation - Identification and management of bottlenecks - Application of techniques for managing evolutionary change while minimizing resistance + Scrum. - Demonstrable experience in Scrum projects and active participation in Scrum ceremonies - Advanced proficiency in Jira. Deep familiarity is mandatory with: - Jira boards: Scrum and Kanban - Out-of-the-box agile reports provided by Jira + Waterfall - Knowledge of Project Plans and project planning methodologies - Experience in: * Progress reporting * Client follow-up meetings * Change request process and scope negotiation * Project closure * Soft Skills: + Strong capabilities in: - Training/knowledge transfer - Communication and team building + Results orientation + Proactivity + Self-organization + Teamwork / collaborative work * Certifications: Not mandatory but highly recommended + Scrum Master and/or Product Owner + PMP
