As **Construction Site Manager, you will join the Building Department**, playing a key role in the technical and economic planning of construction projects. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Project analysis to achieve maximum efficiency * Technical and economic planning of the project * Participation in meetings with the Client and the Technical Supervision team * Organization of internal and subcontracted work teams * Leadership in occupational risk prevention, quality, and environmental management **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals, and Ports) * Basic Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course (60 hours) * Valid driver's license * Proficiency in AUTOCAD, TCQ, PRESTO, MICROSOFT PROJECT, BIM, and LEAN **We offer:** * Permanent contract from day one * Competitive salary based on experience * Company vehicle * Continuous training to support your professional development * An established team and a dynamic work environment **Interested?
