Descripción At **Q\-tech**, we’re partnering with a fast\-growing international tech company that is building a world\-class dual\-native mobile experience for its B2B CRM platform. Their iOS app is used daily by professionals managing high\-value relationships and deals. They are now looking for a **Senior iOS Engineer** with strong ownership and architectural mindset to lead and evolve their SwiftUI\-based mobile application. **What you’ll do** * Own and drive the iOS codebase and architecture. * Build new features with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and code quality. * Contribute to a shared **Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)** module for business logic and networking. * Ensure high performance (60fps scrolling, memory efficiency, solid testing practices). * Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams. * Gradually contribute to Android (Jetpack Compose) as part of a dual\-native strategy. **Tech stack** SwiftUI, Swift 6, UIKit (bridges), Kotlin Multiplatform, Jetpack Compose, Fastlane, CI/CD, Ruby on Rails, AWS. **What’s offered** * Permanent contract. * Salary range: **€50,000 – €70,000** depending on experience. * Hybrid model: **2 days per week in the office**. * Small, high\-impact team with real ownership. * Strong engineering culture and strategic technical decision\-making. Requisitos básicos * 5\+ years of iOS development experience. * Deep expertise in **SwiftUI and modern Swift (async/await, structured concurrency)**. * Strong architectural skills (MVVM, dependency injection, clean code). * Experience shipping high\-quality apps to the App Store. * Solid understanding of REST APIs, testing, and systematic debugging. * High ownership mindset and product\-oriented thinking. * Interest in growing into a T\-shaped mobile engineer (iOS \+ Android).
