Job Summary: Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure for regulated on-street parking, supporting field operational supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Purpose of the Position** Ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and availability of equipment and infrastructure for regulated on-street parking services by performing preventive and corrective technical tasks. Complementarily, support field operational supervision of the service, assist in parking control, and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulations. ### **2\. Key Responsibilities** **Technical Maintenance (Primary Function)** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on parking meters, sensors, cameras, electric chargers, signage, and other equipment. * Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and escalate incidents to specialized support when necessary. * Configure, update, and commission devices and systems associated with the ORA service. * Verify correct equipment operation after each intervention. * Manage consumables (tickets, batteries, fuses, etc.) and ensure equipment operational availability. * Coordinate technical interventions with external suppliers as required. **Technical Management and Operational Control** * Record all interventions in corporate tools, ensuring traceability and SLA compliance. * Prepare technical reports on incidents, repairs, and equipment status. * Monitor technical service indicators to support decision-making. * Maintain an up-to-date inventory of parts and materials. **Field Inspection and Supervision Support** * Collaborate in supervising proper use of regulated parking zones. * Support verification of incidents detected in public areas, both technical and operational. * Conduct parking controls using a vehicle equipped with Visual Car system. * Identify anomalies in service operations and report them to the relevant responsible party. * Provide occasional support in validating incidents or actions performed by the enforcement team. **Incident Management and Support** * Address technical and operational incidents in the field, including those requiring interaction with users or authorities. * Provide basic technical support to enforcement and administrative staff. * Collaborate in resolving situations affecting service quality. **Regulatory Compliance and Safety** * Carry out all interventions in accordance with safety protocols and current regulations. * Ensure proper, orderly, and maintained use of work materials and tools. ### **3\. Internal and External Relationships** * **Internal:** Contract Manager, ORA Enforcement Officers, Inspector/Supervisor, Administrative Staff, Technical Department. * **External:** Technical Suppliers, Municipal Services, Local Police, Service Users. ### **4\. Professional Competencies** * Technical knowledge in electronics, electromechanics, or similar systems. * Analytical and diagnostic ability. * Efficient organization and fieldwork management. * Problem-solving skills and autonomy. * Communication skills and user orientation. * Observational ability and operational control capability. ### **5\. Job Requirements** **Education** * Vocational Training in Electricity, Electromechanics, Telecommunications, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical maintenance. * Experience in ORA services, parking meters, or urban environments is desirable. * Experience in operational supervision or field control is desirable. **Knowledge** * Basic electronics, communications, and embedded systems. * Proficiency in diagnostic tools and technical software. * Basic knowledge of ORA regulations. **Other Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license. * Availability for on-street work and travel. * Ability to work outdoors. ### **6\. Job Conditions** * Availability from Monday to Sunday. * Availability to work morning, afternoon, night, weekend, and holiday shifts. * Mandatory: Class B driving license. * Annual gross salary: 25000 euros. * Temporary contract with potential conversion to permanent. * MULTIFUNCTIONAL profile: communication, organizational, and team management skills will be valued, along with technical and manual skills in tool handling, machine repair, and manipulation of electronic components. * IMMEDIATE availability. * Primarily field-based work, with occasional support in supervision tasks. * Direct reporting to the Contract Manager.
