We are looking for candidates who view hospitality as an emotional service, where every interaction makes a difference. **Main Responsibilities** * Comprehensive management of the guest experience from arrival to departure. * Personalized check-in and check-out, ensuring agile and elegant service. * Multichannel guest support with high-quality standards. * Reservation management and optimization, applying upselling and cross-selling techniques. * Anticipating guest needs and personalizing service accordingly. * Continuous coordination with other departments to ensure operational excellence. * Incident resolution with a solution-oriented approach and focus on total guest satisfaction. * Exclusive and personalized recommendations for services and experiences. **Requirements** * Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) is mandatory.
