We are seeking an \*\*AI-Assisted Code Analyst\*\* to join a technology project within the Trading Controls area, where you will participate in the analysis, review, and optimization of applications using Artificial Intelligence tools and best software development practices. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTIONS: \- Analyze, review, and optimize applications developed in Java and Spring Boot to improve code quality, maintainability, and scalability. \- Design technical solutions that meet the project’s functional requirements. \- Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Devin, or similar) to accelerate code analysis, refactoring, and documentation. \- Collaborate with development teams to identify bottlenecks and propose performance improvements. \- Participate in implementing best practices for Backend and Frontend development. \- Document developments and solutions using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and ALM. \- Collaborate in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes. \- Manage requests and incidents together with support and production teams. \- Actively contribute to reducing technical debt and continuously improving applications. REQUIRED SKILLS: \- At least 3 years of experience as a software developer. \- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Devin, or similar). \- Experience improving code quality, reducing technical debt, and optimizing development processes. \- Solid experience with: \* Java \* Spring Boot \* JavaScript \* Node.js (JADE) \* HTML \- Experience with: \* Oracle Database \* REST APIs \* Microservices \* Maven \- Experience working with: \* Git \* CI/CD \* DevOps \- Knowledge of quality and cybersecurity tools such as: \* SonarQube \* Fortify \- Ability to understand functional requirements and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. \- Minimum Spanish language level: C1. \- Minimum English language level: B1 (B2 preferred). DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS: \- Knowledge of cloud platforms and distributed systems. \- Additional experience with AI tools applied to software development. \- Knowledge of financial products or Treasury. \- Interest in emerging technologies and programming languages. \- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
