We have a multidisciplinary team of over 40 professionals and take an active approach to investment creation and management. In the current context of growth and professionalization, we are looking to hire a **Financial Controller** to reinforce the group’s financial planning, control, and analysis capabilities. **About the Role** We seek a candidate with strong analytical skills and operational orientation, who will assume cross-functional responsibilities in financial planning, reporting, and management control across various group companies. The position will have direct exposure to the executive team and will work closely with the finance leadership and business managers, contributing to improved reporting quality, financial discipline, and strategic decision-making. This is a role offering high internal visibility and a clear growth path within the Santomera Bay ecosystem. **Responsibilities** * Lead and consolidate financial and operational reporting for various companies and business units within the group. * Develop financial analyses, models, and projections to support strategic decision-making. * Participate in budget planning, forecasting, and variance tracking. * Design and monitor financial and operational KPIs across the group’s different verticals. * Analyze profitability, cost structure, and operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement. * Prepare P\&L, cash flow, sensitivity, and scenario financial analyses. * Drive internal control procedures and financial reporting tools. * Collaborate with business teams to promote financial discipline and budget monitoring. * Support corporate transactions, investment processes, and analysis of new projects. * Coordinate financial relationships with selected external suppliers and partners. * Work alongside the executive team to conduct financial evaluations of strategic initiatives and growth opportunities. **Requirements** * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field. * +5 years of experience in controlling, corporate finance, auditing, or financial planning. * Prior experience in Big 4 firms, private equity, real estate, or financial services will be valued. * Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in financial modeling. * Experience working with financial reporting and management control tools. * Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERPs and BI/reporting tools. * Advanced English proficiency. * Hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented profile. * Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with executive teams. **What We Offer** * Active participation in the financial management of a growing corporate ecosystem. * Cross-functional exposure to diverse companies, sectors, and strategic projects. * A demanding, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy. * Close interaction with the executive team and involvement in key business decisions. * A professional development and growth plan within the group. * Competitive compensation commensurate with profile and experience.
