Focus on content execution, ownership, and performance with agency support **Content \& Marketing Manager (Content \& Growth) – POLAR** Overview We are building a founder\-led content engine to drive awareness, support Amazon performance, and lay the foundation for direct\-to\-consumer growth. You will be working with POLAR Specialist Coatings, a high\-performance paint brand built on over 130 years of manufacturing heritage, operating internationally across Amazon marketplaces. This role is responsible for owning and executing the full content engine across Amazon and social platforms. Strategy is supported by an external agency – this role is focused on execution, ownership, and performance. Core Objective Ensure content is produced consistently, distributed effectively, and driving measurable commercial performance across all channels. Content Model (Non\-Negotiable) 80% POLAR (product\-led content) 20% personal (supporting brand content) Key Responsibilities 1\. Content Engine Ownership Own the full execution of the content engine. Ensure consistent weekly output across all channels. Translate strategy into clear execution plans. Remove friction for the founder and ensure all filming is prepared. 2\. Content Production \& Repurposing Coordinate filming and production. Work with videographer and editor. Ensure one filming session creates multiple outputs across platforms. Own output targets across ads, social, and listings. 3\. Amazon Content Management Work with Amazon partner. Ensure regular delivery of ad creatives. Continuously improve product pages (images, video, A\+). Create feedback loop: winning ads inform listings and future content. 4\. Social Media Execution Manage posting across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Coordinate with VA for scheduling and admin. Ensure consistency and quality. 5\. Performance Tracking \& Reporting Track KPIs across Amazon and social. Provide weekly and monthly reports. Identify what is working and what is not. Recommend actions based on performance. 6\. Content Optimisation \& Iteration Continuously improve content formats. Scale winning content. Increase output efficiency and performance. 7\. Cross\-Functional Coordination Work with external agency, Amazon partner, videographer, editor, VA, and founder. Ensure alignment and execution across all teams. 8\. Customer \& Product\-Led Content Use customer queries, reviews, and feedback to drive content. Ensure content addresses real problems and drives product understanding. What Success Looks Like Consistent weekly output. Founder can focus on filming only. Strong pipeline of content assets. Improving performance across Amazon and social. Listings regularly updated with new content. KPIs Content output volume. Engagement rate. Saves and shares. Contribution to Amazon performance. Execution speed. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong content execution background. Experience with short\-form content. Understands conversion and performance. Highly organised and proactive. Ownership mindset. Working Structure Full\-time role. Supported by VA, videographer, editor, and external agencies. **Compensation** Ddependent on experience, capability, and level of ownership demonstrated. As a guide: **Full\-time (Spain):** €30,000 – €60,000\+ per year **Fractional (3–4 days per week):** €1,500 – €4,500\+ per month Final compensation will reflect: \- Proven ability to own and execute a content engine \- Experience coordinating teams and driving output \- Commercial understanding (content performance, Amazon, conversion) We are open to higher compensation for candidates who demonstrate strong ownership, execution ability, and a track record of delivering results.
