**Location:** Pamplona area We are seeking a **Construction Manager** to lead the execution of a major industrial construction project. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to the schedule, economic control, work quality, and coordination of contractors, suppliers, and teams involved in the project. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Participate in tendering and awarding processes for various work packages. * Develop and supervise schedules, ensuring appropriate resource allocation. * Coordinate and lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Monitor costs and control budget compliance. * Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, and Construction departments to ensure project progress. * Assess the impact of scope changes or deviations in schedule and cost. * Report on project progress, identify risks, and propose corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and applicable regulatory standards. * Manage incidents and resolve issues during construction execution. ### **Requirements** * Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum **10 years of experience** in construction project management and execution, preferably in industrial projects. * Knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and construction management. * Proficiency with tools such as **MS Project, Presto, TCQ, or Arquímedes**. * Familiarity with **BIM methodology**.
