Aura Haus is a new boutique studio set to open in September on Paseo de Extremadura (Madrid); we are seeking a Barre Instructor to join the project from its inception. We are looking for a candidate with training in Barre and, especially, with training in classical ballet or dance, as we highly value technical precision, bodily control, and teaching sensitivity. Beyond experience, we place great importance on personal qualities. We seek someone with strong teamwork skills, a positive attitude, adaptability to a growing project, commitment, and enthusiasm for continuous learning. We want individuals who enjoy creating a close-knit, motivating, and trusting environment for our students. Formal education in physical activity, dance, or related certifications will also be valued.
