We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for an indefinite vacancy at FUNDACIÓN ONCE DEL PERRO GUÍA.
WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS?
Within the corresponding department, supporting its manager and the entire team, you will carry out daily tasks such as registering, organizing, and archiving correspondence, budgets, invoices, payment receipts, etc.
You will process orders and monitor their status; participate in supplier control processes and inventory management; and support department/work center members in tasks and projects by preparing reports, presentations, and document summaries. You will collaborate on stock control, warehouse orders, incoming and outgoing goods, and distribution of stock among various work areas.
You must maintain contact with suppliers, volunteers, partner companies, and external stakeholders regarding procurement, visits, donations, etc.
You will perform these tasks using SAP and Office 365 (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.).
WHAT DO WE REQUIRE FROM YOU? (Requirements)
* Vocational training at intermediate or advanced level in Administration and Management, Finance, Executive Assistance, or similar fields.
* Experience in administrative functions related to accounting/commercial/warehouse/secretarial duties.
* Skills in digitization and document management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
* Knowledge of SAP (financial and warehouse modules) and SAGE.
* English language proficiency at B2 level.

* Indefinite relief contract due to partial retirement, full-time position.
* Full-time, continuous morning shift of 37.5 hours/week—farewell to the standard 40-hour workweek! Weekends off.
