Description
The professional will assume full responsibility for planning, executing, and supervising all activities carried out within the production workshop. Their primary role will be to ensure that projects are executed to the highest quality standards, maximizing the available human, material, and technical resources, and strictly adhering to established delivery deadlines. The position requires constant coordination among different departments and smooth communication with suppliers and clients, always aiming to maintain operational efficiency and excellence in final outcomes.
Key responsibilities include accurately interpreting complex technical drawings and blueprints to guide manufacturing processes, defining the most appropriate work methodologies, and supervising each phase. Additionally, it is essential to lead and motivate the workforce by assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and workplace safety. Warehouse management—including inventory control, material receipt, and verification of associated documentation—will also form part of daily responsibilities.
Moreover, the role involves active participation in proactively resolving project incidents and deviations by implementing practical solutions without compromising quality standards or schedules. Continuous process review is expected to identify optimization opportunities, reduce downtime, and prevent potential defects, always maintaining an attitude oriented toward precision and detail required by the industry.
The position offers an annual gross salary of 32\.000 euros, with an indefinite-term and stable contract. Working hours are full-time, and the workplace is located in Leganés, within the province of Madrid, providing a technical and specialized working environment.
A qualification as a Technical Engineer, Medium-Level Vocational Training (FP), or Higher-Level Vocational Training (FP) in technical fields is required, along with a minimum of three years of demonstrable experience in similar workshop supervision roles. Practical experience in interpreting complex blueprints, material management, and directing production processes is mandatory, as are proven competencies in leadership, supervision, and team motivation.
