Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager with leadership and organizational skills to design the logistics strategy, supervise operations, and lead the team. Key Highlights: 1. We require a Warehouse Manager in Fuenlabrada with strong leadership and organizational abilities. Key responsibilities include designing the logistics strategy, supervising picking, receiving, and dispatching; controlling quality and traceability; coordinating labeling and packaging; and leading the warehouse operator team while ensuring warehouse maintenance and safety. A minimum of three years of verifiable experience is required, along with training in logistics or warehouse management (preferred), proficiency in Excel, and experience with the ERP SAGE 200\.. The candidate must be responsible, proactive, capable of planning, and skilled in teamwork. An initial temporary contract of three months is offered, with potential for indefinite employment. Salary corresponds to Group Five plus performance-based variable pay. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00–15:15; Friday, 7:00–14:15, with Friday afternoons off. Availability for occasional overtime is required. * Qualification: Compulsory Secondary Education (Graduado Escolar); training in Stock/Warehouse Management, Logistics, or a Higher Technician qualification in Transport and Logistics is highly valued. * Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience performing the described duties. * IT Skills: Proficiency in office tools (advanced Excel skills) and prior experience with ERP SAGE 200\. * PERSONAL VEHICLE (MANDATORY)
