We are currently seeking a **teleassistance installer technician** for the **Girona** area. Your responsibilities will include installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and removing teleassistance technology in users' homes, as well as performing related administrative tasks.
**What will you do in this role and what are your responsibilities?**
* Install teleassistance-related technology in users' homes.
* Perform maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues with the technology.
* Remove devices from users who have discontinued the service.
* Carry out necessary administrative tasks to ensure smooth service operation.
**What do we offer?**
* **Temporary contract for 4 months.**
* Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week.
* Working hours: **Monday to Friday**, from **9:00 to 17:00**.
* Salary: **€1,375.79** gross/month \+ 2 extra payments (summer and winter).
**The ideal candidate:**
Must hold a valid driver’s license and reside near the indicated area. Training or knowledge in electricity or electronics, as well as prior experience in technical tasks related to installation or maintenance of technological equipment, will be valued.
We seek a proactive individual with strong communication and emotional management skills to interact effectively with service users, providing them with both technical and emotional support. Additionally, the candidate must be able to adapt to unexpected situations, perform associated administrative tasks, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and optimal service performance.
**Key skills and experience:**
* **Mandatory: driver’s license and own vehicle.**
* **Mandatory: residence near the indicated area.**
* Bilingual proficiency in Catalan.
* **Desirable:** Intermediate or higher vocational training related to electricity or electronics.
* **Desirable:** Communication and emotional management skills to interact effectively with users and provide emotional support.
