From our Technology Division, we are looking for a **Tech Solutions Manager** to join our team. Your mission will be to lead **the transformation of business needs into functional digital products** (apps, web platforms, AI agents, or implementations of business solutions such as ERP, CRM, etc.). You will be responsible for **technical conceptualization, solution architecture, and supervision of execution**, either through internal teams or external partners, ensuring that the final product is not only technologically robust but also delivers direct impact to the client. **Responsibilities** * **Strategic Project and Partner Management:** Lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously for solution definition and design, managing relationships with technology partners to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and service-level agreements. * **Technical Consulting and AI Application:** Oversee the practical implementation of artificial intelligence initiatives and advise clients on selecting technological solutions and application implementation projects, guaranteeing the technical robustness of proposals. * **Business–Technology Intermediation:** Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (business consulting, UX/UI, development, AI solutions) to translate client needs into technical requirements and develop corresponding proposals. * **Monitoring and Quality Assurance:** Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across projects and prepare detailed progress reports for both internal management and external clients. **Requirements** * University degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Additional education in Business Administration or Economics is valued. * Minimum total experience of 5\-6 years, including at least 3 years in roles involving coordination of technology projects and management of teams or vendors. * Demonstrable experience in PMO and in commercial-level solution implementation projects (especially CRM). * Languages: Spanish, Catalan, and English. **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in the Microsoft Platform: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power BI. * Digital Products: Deep understanding of web/app architectures (frontend, backend, APIs) and their design process. * Experience coordinating custom solution development projects with programming teams. * Solid knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar). * Familiarity with Agile methodologies; Specification-Driven Development is a plus. * Knowledge of development architectures (CI/CD, DevOps, Microservices). * AI and Data: Practical knowledge of implementing AI agents and applying LLMs to enterprise use cases. **Desirable** * Knowledge or experience in ERP, Data, and AI implementation projects. * Prior experience in consulting service firms. **What We Offer** * Flexible working hours and hybrid work arrangements. * Permanent employment contract. * Flexible compensation plan via Cobee. * Intensive workday ending at 3:00 PM every Friday throughout the year. * The opportunity to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team operating in an environment built on trust, responsible autonomy, and collaboration. * Participation in strategic projects for nationally and internationally recognized clients. *At RocaSalvatella, we strongly advocate for diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities, creating an environment where everyone can grow and deliver their best selves.*
