Job Summary: Téciman Group is seeking a Building Construction Site Supervisor for construction projects, focusing on supervision, coordination, and control of works. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and control of building construction projects. 2. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. 3. Personnel management and coordination of subcontractors. For new projects in the **BUILDING CONSTRUCTION** sector, we require a **BUILDING CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR** **Responsibilities** * Supervise, monitor, coordinate, and control building construction projects, including reviewing specifications and ensuring quality assurance. * Monitor correct execution of construction\-rehabilitation works in accordance with drawings and specifications. * Supervise technical documentation, specifications, and on\-site assembly. * Provide technical assistance to the site management team. * Manage and resolve issues arising during assembly. * Support coordination of occupational health and safety conditions on site. * Effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of architects and contractors. * Manage personnel. Attend site meetings. * Coordinate subcontractors related to the project. * Enforce compliance with applicable technical standards. **Requirements** * Technical or Senior Architect. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in building construction, rehabilitation, etc. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Experience in execution control, measurements, and certifications. * Knowledge of Revit or BIM methodology will be valued. **Work Location:** * Segovia **What We Offer** * Immediate incorporation * Indefinite contract and stable project.
