Salary: €28,000\-€30,000 Gross Annual. Company vehicle provided for job-related activities. ### **Responsibilities** * Supervise and control service quality across assigned work centers. * Liaise with clients, proactively anticipating their expectations and needs. * Address and resolve staff-related issues. * Manage and optimize technical, human, and material resources at assigned centers. * Lead existing work teams located at the centers. * Attend committee meetings. * Commercial budgeting. All of the above in accordance with the Company’s internal quality and environmental regulations, and under the instructions of the Operations Manager/Regional Director. ### **Requirements** Minimum Education Higher Vocational Training Degree (Administration and Finance) or equivalent. Minimum Experience At least 1 year managing a large workforce (over 100 people). Microsoft Office Suite. Intermediate level Excel. Advanced level Outlook. Intermediate level We seek a highly committed professional capable of leading work teams and reporting directly to the Regional Director. Empathy, active listening skills, and strong problem-solving abilities—both with clients and with employees, external company personnel, committees, etc.—are essential. Fixed working hours.
