Job Summary: We are seeking a Specification/Project Engineer to manage strategic projects, disseminate technical knowledge, and strengthen technical-commercial relationships in the construction sector. We are looking for a Specification/Project Engineer (Field-Based) with experience in the construction sector to manage strategic projects across the Valencian Community and surrounding areas. The selected candidate will join our Engineering team. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? * Coordinate resources to achieve the objectives set for each project. * Disseminate technical knowledge and key business opportunities related to these landmark construction projects. * Maximize technical-commercial relationships with key decision-makers involved in civil engineering and non-residential building projects within the Valencian Community. * Actively collaborate with the Engineering department to jointly prepare technical proposals that highlight our brand. Promote BIM services in projects. * Lead training sessions and seminars for technical professionals who influence project decisions. * Implement construction services on their project platform. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU NEED? * Education: Engineering degree (preferably Industrial or Civil Engineering) or Architecture. * Knowledge or experience in holistic project management (end-to-end) * Prior experience in technical and/or commercial fields * Experienced in managing complex commercial agreements, achieving sales targets and execution plans while ensuring profitability and quality * Results-oriented, with ability to engage third parties * Willingness to travel * English language proficiency at B2 level WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
