Thank you very much for your interest in participating. We are seeking a candidate for the position of **SOCIAL EDUCATOR** within the **CHILDREN'S HOUSE PROGRAM** of the Community of Madrid. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: **Analysis of the Educational and Community Environment** * Gathering and analyzing information regarding the school, relational, and community contexts of children and adolescents (CA). * Coordination with educational institutions, guidance teams, and other local stakeholders. * Identification of risk or protective factors within the community context. **Socioeducational Support for CA** * Socioeducational assessment. * Accompaniment during adaptation processes following disclosure of violence-related situations. * Reinforcement of emotional, social, and personal autonomy skills. **School-Based Intervention** * Supporting the educational institution in case management. * Advising on protective measures, communication with families, and adapting the educational environment. * Facilitating safe and continuous schooling for CA. **Accompaniment and Community Work** * Accompanying minors in their daily environments (educational, community, or social, as appropriate). * Identifying and activating resources for educational leisure, participation, and social support. * Strengthening protective community networks. **Interdisciplinary Collaboration** * Participating in case analyses alongside the technical team. * Contributing an educational perspective to the comprehensive assessment of CA. * Recording interventions in the service’s information system. **Workshops for Families** **Workshops for CA** EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS START DATE: August/September 2026\. CONTRACT TYPE: Indefinite. WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, 38 hours per week. Hours: Monday to Friday, mornings and afternoons. Rotating Saturdays. WORK LOCATION: Madrid.
