In this instance, we are seeking a Site Manager for **Estepona (Málaga)** **What we seek** ---------------- * Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, from planning through to handover. * Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Supervise and lead on-site work teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Report project progress to the project management team and manage technical documentation. * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Site Manager in building construction. * Knowledge of construction management, quality control, scheduling, and on-site safety. * Experience in residential construction and housing development projects is desirable. * Availability to work in **Estepona (Málaga)** **What we offer** ----------------- * Job stability and professional development within an established company. * Competitive salary. * A challenging residential construction project in a dynamic environment. * Collaboration on innovative projects with a committed team.
