We are seeking a Site Manager for residential and renovation projects in Logroño, offering strong growth prospects and stable projects within the province and neighboring areas. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, driven to excel, and eager to join a stable project. Key responsibilities include: \- Site and technical office management. \- Quantity surveying and project review; certification. \- Production control and execution, ensuring timely and compliant delivery. \- Participation in subcontracting procedures and material procurement criteria. \- Involvement in and monitoring of the project implementation plan. \- Proficiency with industry software: AutoCAD, Presto, etc. \- Specific experience in residential construction. \- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with ERP systems. The selected candidate will join the technical team of one of the most renowned interior design and renovation companies in the sector, working directly with the Construction Management Department and actively contributing to quality standard compliance and rigorous project execution monitoring.
