We are seeking a dynamic and proactive **SDR (Sales Development Representative)** to join our sales department. If you are passionate about the commercial world, possess exceptional communication skills, and thrive in a goal-oriented environment, this is your opportunity! **Your key responsibilities:** * **Research and prospecting:** Identify companies and key decision-makers matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and build lead databases using tools such as Apollo.io. * **Initial outreach and follow-up:** Conduct calls, send emails, and perform LinkedIn prospecting following defined cadences, adhering to response time SLAs. * **Opportunity qualification:** Assess prospects’ needs, fit, interest, and decision-making authority to schedule high-quality meetings. * **Impeccable CRM management:** Record 100% of your activities (calls, emails, notes, next steps) in Odoo, ensuring data order and traceability. * **Team synergy:** Enable smooth handoffs of opportunities to the sales team by providing full context, and collaborate with Marketing by sharing feedback on campaigns and lead quality. * **Other tasks:** Occasional support in technical customer service inquiries, email campaign analysis, and improvement of sales scripts/templates. What do we expect from you? * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * A methodical, organized, and highly disciplined profile to keep the CRM up to date. * Results orientation and an analytical mindset to achieve KPIs. * Prior experience as an SDR or in B2B sales, as well as familiarity with Odoo and Apollo.io, will be considered a strong advantage. * Eagerness to learn: You will actively participate in internal trainings and coaching sessions.
