A construction sector company is seeking to hire a Quality Technician specialized in concrete formulation and testing to strengthen the technical department and ensure excellence in our products. Main responsibilities * Formulating concrete mixtures according to technical specifications and project requirements. * Laboratory testing: consistency, strength, density, durability, particle size distribution, etc. * Control and verification of raw materials (aggregates, cement, admixtures). * Preparation and maintenance of technical data sheets, quality records, and reports. * Supervision of compliance with current regulations (EHE, UNE, EN). * Technical support to production and site operations for incidents or formulation adjustments. * Implementation of continuous improvements in processes and quality control. Requirements * Degree in Materials Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in concrete laboratories, precast plants, or civil engineering projects. * Knowledge of UNE-EN standards and testing procedures. * Analytical ability, technical rigor, and quality orientation. * Proficiency in laboratory equipment and quality management software. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally.
