The Factory Quality position involves continuous review of manufactured products to ensure compliance with established technical standards and specifications. The responsible person will play a key role in controlling production processes, performing visual inspections and dimensional measurements to detect potential deviations or defects. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work systematically, documenting all observations and results in the relevant reports. Responsibilities are carried out in an industrial environment, where maintaining constant communication with production operators and the technical team is essential. The primary objective is to prevent non-conforming products from leaving the facility, directly contributing to improved efficiency and reduced costs associated with rework or rejection. A variety of measuring tools and testing equipment will be used; therefore, strict adherence to safety protocols and instrument calibration according to company directives is mandatory. In addition to inspection tasks, participation in team meetings is required to analyze collected quality data, propose corrective actions, and verify their implementation. This ongoing process of evaluation and adjustment is critical to maintaining and enhancing the final product's excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Working hours are Monday to Friday, on a split schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.\. The initial contract includes monthly renewals, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position after six months of satisfactory performance. A Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) qualification in Laboratory Analysis and Quality Control, or related studies such as Vocational Training (FP) in Industrial Quality, is required. A minimum of six months' demonstrable experience in quality control tasks within a factory or industrial setting is also required.
