Bures Profesional SA, a well-established company with over 40 years of experience, specializes in manufacturing substrates, organic fertilizers, and biomass products for fuels. We are seeking a Quality Technician for our facility located in Vilablareix. The main mission is to achieve the quality objectives required during various operations, ensuring compliance with instructions and procedures so that activities are carried out efficiently and appropriately. Quality Area: \-Carry out preparation operations for conducting control tests on raw materials and finished products. \-Perform routine analyses of raw materials and products at all stages of the production chain. oDensities. oMoisture contents. oTemperatures. oBag weight control. oPallet weight control. oDetermination of organic matter. oCoordinate analytical controls with external laboratories. \-Be responsible for quality controls: oControl of substrate production volumes. oControl of bagged product weights. oMonitor production according to instructions / planning (both physical and digital folders exist). oEnsure piles are undergoing the planned composting process. oMeasure pile moisture and temperature. oRemove non-conforming products. oCarry out fly control. \-Record data and prepare technical reports for performed tests. \-Know and apply technical standards UNE-EN, NTJ, BATs... \-Act at all times in accordance with established safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental regulations, and ensure their compliance. \-Prepare and monitor instructions (both physical and digital folders exist). R&D Area: \-Participate in various projects undertaken by the department. \-Monitor R&D tests. \-Update labels, technical data sheets, and safety data sheets. \-Supervise plant processes. Production Area: \-Plan and carry out monitoring of adherence to pre-established instructions together with the Production Manager. \-Identify possible improvements within the production department. \-Ensure proper functioning of the area. As a SME, occasional performance of tasks associated with lower-level positions may be required. * Minimum 2 years of experience. Required education: \-Bachelor's degree or Vocational Training in Environmental Science, Quality, Safety and Health, or Laboratory. Required knowledge: \-Familiarity with UNE-EN standards. \-Computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, etc.). \-Languages: Spanish, Catalan.
