Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Management specialist to lead the Quality department, manage IATF 16949 certifications, provide technical support, and coordinate teams in the plastic injection sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of the Quality area and customer/supplier relations 2. Certification and maintenance of the IATF 16949 management system 3. Technical support in manufacturing processes and quality documentation We are looking for a candidate with experience in quality management for a plastic injection company located in Oiartzun, Gipuzkoa. Responsibilities will include comprehensive management of the Quality area, maintaining direct contact with both customers and suppliers. The role will also involve customer service, including occasional site visits. A core part of the position will be certification and maintenance of the organization's quality management system, ensuring compliance with the IATF 16949 standard. Additionally, technical support will be provided for manufacturing processes, and necessary technical and quality documentation for projects—such as drawings, control plans, and FMEAs—will be prepared. Coordination and supervision of assigned personnel, as well as collection and analysis of manufacturing data, will also be part of the responsibilities. A degree in Engineering, Bachelor’s degree, or Higher Technician qualification is required, along with solid knowledge of plastic injection, CAD (2D and 3D), project management (APQP), and the IATF 16949 standard. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role is required, as well as English language proficiency at B2 level. A permanent contract directly with the company is offered, with working hours from 8:00 to 17:00, and salary negotiable based on experience.
