Construction Site Manager – Thermal Installations

**Description:** ---------------- eXperience IT Solutions is seeking a Construction Site Manager for Thermal Installations to join a major project currently undergoing expansion. We are looking for a professional with experience in coordinating and supervising HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) construction projects, ensuring proper technical, economic, and occupational health and safety execution within the assigned area. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Supervise and coordinate on-site thermal installation works (air conditioning, ventilation, heating, etc.). * Monitor work execution and project deadlines, ensuring quality and safety throughout all processes. * Coordinate internal staff and subcontractors. * Carry out measurements, layout surveys, and cost control. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (OHSR). * Serve as the direct point of contact with the site manager and the end client. **Requirements:** --------------- * ***Minimum Requirements*** * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager in thermal installations or HVAC systems. * Knowledge of HVAC systems, OHSR, and on-site team management. * Planning ability, leadership skills, and decision-making capability. * Valid driving license category B. * Willingness to travel within the assigned area. **Commitment to Diversity and Equal Opportunities** **At eXperience IT Solutions, we champion equal employment opportunities.
