We are currently seeking a talented Project Manager to join our Process Team. **Responsibilities** ---------- As responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of process equipment projects, you will be the driving force behind: * **End-to-end project management**: from needs analysis and technical-economic feasibility studies to commissioning and final validation (IQ/OQ). * **Multidisciplinary coordination**: you will lead design, procurement, installation, and validation teams, ensuring each phase meets deadlines, budget, and quality standards. * **Communication and leadership**: you will maintain continuous approval flows with clients and internal departments, anticipating risks and proposing creative solutions. * **Financial control**: you will monitor costs, estimates, and profitability, reporting results and improvement recommendations. **Requirements** -------------- **What We Look for in You:** **Solid experience**: * 5–7 years as a Project Manager, preferably in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or biotechnology environments. * Familiarity with BIM, process validation, and specialized software (Project, AutoCAD, Ekon). **Education**: * Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (technical or university degree) or related field. * PMI/PMO certification and knowledge of numerical calculation and budgeting. **Key skills**: * Leadership and ability to influence. * Planning, organization, and results orientation. * Fluent communication in **Spanish**, **Catalan**, and **English** (B2–C1 level). * Autonomy, decision-making ability, and proactivity. **Mobility**: * Willingness to travel (10 %) and valid driver’s license. **Benefits** -------------- **What We Offer:** * Location: Pont de Vilomara. * Hybrid work model: office, site, and remote work. * Professional development in a cutting-edge sector. .
