Production Operator

Description

The production operator will perform various tasks on the assembly line, which are essential to the manufacturing process. These duties primarily include assembling components using precision hand tools—a task requiring constant attention and dexterity. The operator will also be responsible for winding operations, ensuring that cables and electrical components are wound correctly according to technical specifications. Another key function is stapling, necessary for assembling and securing sheet metal parts and other materials, thereby guaranteeing the final product’s structural integrity. Additionally, cleaning and preparation of sheet metal will be carried out—removing impurities and ensuring the surface is in optimal condition for subsequent production stages. Staff must supply materials and components to various workstations along the production line, maintaining a continuous flow and preventing stoppages that could affect productivity. The environment is dynamic and requires adaptability, as tasks may vary depending on the plant’s daily needs. Teamwork is essential, with coordination among fellow operators and supervisors to achieve established production targets. This role is vital within the production cycle, directly contributing to product quality and on-time delivery. Adherence to standardized procedures and safety protocols at all times will be highly valued, prioritizing a safe and efficient workplace. This position entails a rotating work schedule alternating between morning shifts (06:00–14:00) and afternoon shifts (14:00–22:00). Salary compensation is determined in accordance with the applicable industrial collective bargaining agreement. Conditions include integration into a stable team within an organized industrial environment. A personal vehicle is required for commuting. A minimum of two years’ prior experience in similar production operator roles within industrial settings is mandatory. The minimum academic qualification required is completion of primary education. Practical knowledge of production line material supply—ensuring material availability—is required.
