You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and optimizing production processes at our shipyard, directly contributing to the success of strategic projects in the maritime sector. **Requirements:** \-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering \-Bachelor's degree in Naval and Oceanic Engineering. **Responsibilities:** \-Planning, supervision, and coordination of production processes at the shipyard. \-Management of human, technical, and material resources to ensure efficient project execution. \-Implementation of process improvements and optimization of time and costs. \-Coordination with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, quality, safety, operations). \-Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
