This position is an integral part of the Engineering team, focused on the full lifecycle of furniture and elements for commercial spaces. The primary responsibility is to transform design concepts into manufacturable products, ensuring that each technical solution is viable, efficient, and meets required quality standards. This role demands a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and applicable regulations, working closely with design, production, and sustainability departments.
The professional will be responsible for supporting projects from initial conception through to production launch, ensuring that technical specifications are accurately translated during manufacturing. They must propose and define optimizations in both design and processes, always seeking a balance between functionality, cost, and environmental sustainability. The position requires constant coordination with multiple internal teams and, at times, external suppliers.
Additionally, the role involves providing continuous technical support throughout the product's lifecycle, participating in its evolution and ongoing improvement. The work environment is dynamic and characterized by international projects for well-known retail brands, offering the opportunity to see the tangible impact of one's work beyond the screen—in real commercial spaces worldwide.
Working hours are from 8:00 to 17:00, with some flexibility regarding start and end times. The company offers a direct, permanent employment contract. A higher technical education in engineering, industrial design, or related fields is required. Demonstrable experience—minimum two years—in product design and development is essential, preferably within sectors related to furniture or industrial environments. A practical profile with strong technical judgment and meticulous attention to detail is highly valued, along with sensitivity toward efficient and sustainable solutions. Advanced proficiency in 3D design software such as Solid Edge, Inventor, or SolidWorks is a fundamental requirement for performing the duties.
