We are a small plastic injection company seeking a plastic injection technician and mold changer for 100- and 200-ton injection molding machines.
Specific tasks related to operating plastic injection machines:
* Monitoring and adjusting machine operating parameters as needed.
* Changing inserts for different part versions and injection molds.
* Performing quality control checks.
* Resolving machine and production failures.
* Machine maintenance: lubrication, oil changes, cleaning, etc.
* Collecting finished parts and loading raw material into machines.
* Operating pallet trucks and electric trolleys for product storage.
* Loading and unloading goods onto trucks.
We require a self-motivated, proactive, solution-oriented, flexible individual with a strong sense of responsibility and business awareness. The ability to work effectively in a team is essential, as is sufficient physical capability to perform the required tasks. The candidate will report to the Production Manager within a team of three people.
The candidate will replace one of the current injection technicians upon retirement; therefore, the contract will become permanent upon successful demonstration of the necessary competence and responsibility for the role.
Working hours will primarily be an intensive morning shift throughout most of the year, with the possibility of split shifts during a few weeks per year due to other employees’ vacation periods.
A second technician position may be available, but in that case with afternoon working hours.

Minimum requirements:
* Proven experience operating plastic injection machines.
* Knowledge of common part defects and how to resolve them.
* Ability to transfer injection parameters from one machine to another.
* Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to reach the facility.
Desirable requirements:
* Experience using micrometers for quality control measurements.
* Knowledge of scientific injection molding.
* Residence near the workplace location.
Salary: €28,000.00–€32,000.00 per year
