We are seeking a candidate for the position of **Outbound Transport Manager**, whose main responsibilities would include: * Integrating carriers’ systems with the Group’s internal systems, ensuring their proper operation. * Verifying that carrier information is correctly integrated and up to date in the Group’s systems. * Managing and resolving any technical issues related to system integration. * Reviewing and ensuring agreed carrier rates are correctly applied in the system. * Verifying consistency between agreed rates and received invoices, managing and resolving discrepancies. * Validating that shipments are executed in accordance with the rates and conditions agreed upon with carriers. * Registering and managing incidents related to outbound shipments, ensuring timely resolution. * Ensuring shipment quality, punctuality, and traceability through continuous monitoring. * Maintaining a detailed and updated record of all shipments and their status. * Efficiently and proactively resolving issues while maintaining smooth communication with carriers and internal teams. * Proposing and implementing corrective or preventive actions to avoid recurrence of incidents and optimize logistics processes. * Monitoring and evaluating the service level of outbound transport. * Generating performance and compliance reports on carriers. * Collaborating with the logistics team to ensure carriers meet agreed service criteria.
