Description
This position corresponds to an integral role within the production operations of an industrial environment, focused on the operation and supervision of manufacturing equipment. Assigned personnel will be responsible for feeding and continuously monitoring specialized production lines, including uncoilers, dryers, glue applicators, and industrial presses. These tasks require constant attention to ensure proper flow of raw materials and correct functioning of processes. Additionally, responsibilities include sheet metal sorting and selection, as well as material assembly and gluing, ensuring all components meet established technical specifications. Quality supervision and control is a fundamental aspect, involving visual and functional inspection of products at various stages to detect possible deviations or defects. The role demands methodical work and coordination with the rest of the team, maintaining safety standards and operational efficiency. The work environment is dynamic and takes place in industrial facilities equipped with heavy machinery and automated systems. The operator's contribution is key to maintaining production rhythm and final output quality, aligning with production objectives and company protocols.
The company offers a direct employment contract with the organization, under the applicable sectoral collective agreement. The estimated gross annual remuneration is approximately EUR 20,000. Working hours correspond to a fixed afternoon shift, with a defined working schedule. The position includes coverage of statutory social benefits and legal entitlements in accordance with current regulations.
Immediate availability for commencement is required, along with possession of a personal vehicle for commuting. A minimum of two years of demonstrable experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is necessary. Specific training in forklift truck operation is considered a positive asset, though not an exclusive requirement. Candidates are expected to be capable of working scheduled shifts and following instructions accurately.
