At **Thomas Cosmética de España**, the world's largest independent supplier of components for the aerosol, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries, we are seeking to hire a person for the Metrology Department who, after a training period, will be responsible for the following duties: * Perform dimensional measurements using coordinate measuring machines (CMM) during startup inspections, process adjustments, and routine production verifications. * Conduct verifications using various metrological equipment, such as height gauges, dial indicators, microscopes, profile projectors, and other precision instruments. * Evaluate product conformity by analyzing measurement results and comparing them against customer technical specifications. * Interpret technical drawings, including dimensional and geometric tolerances and associated quality requirements. * Issue quality certificates for customers. * Manage internal non-conformities, including registration, analysis, and follow-up of corrective actions. * Calibrate, verify, and maintain plant metrological equipment, ensuring proper operation and traceability. * Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to metrological equipment across various production areas. **Knowledge and Skills** We are looking for someone eager to learn and possessing the following: * Education related to mechanical manufacturing. * Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation, tolerances, and basic metrological equipment. * Proactivity and dynamism. *At Thomas Cosmética de España, we are committed to equal opportunities and value all applications without any form of discrimination.* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: Starting from €23,000.00 per year Benefits: * Option for a permanent contract Work Location: On-site employment
