Description

This position is part of the production and manufacturing workshop team, with responsibilities focused on maintaining the flow and quality of the production line. Main tasks include supporting the production lines, covering cutting, forming, and handling of steel components, ensuring that processes are executed according to established procedures. In addition, the operator will be responsible for supplying machinery, ensuring that necessary materials are available for continuous production, and monitoring proper operation of the production process, supervising equipment to detect and report any anomalies that may affect efficiency. Another key function is visual quality inspection of finished products, where final parts are examined to identify possible surface or finishing defects, thereby maintaining the quality standards required by the company. Concurrently, it is essential to maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation, strictly adhering to industrial safety and hygiene regulations to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment. This includes organizing tools, managing waste, and applying cleaning protocols after each shift, contributing to workspace optimization and risk prevention. The role requires constant presence in the workshop, with attention centered on operational efficiency and adherence to production deadlines. Interaction with other team members is essential to coordinate tasks and resolve incidents promptly, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. In summary, this position is integral to the production chain, demanding precision, responsibility, and adaptability to the dynamics of the industrial environment, with the objective of ensuring that products meet defined technical and quality specifications. The offered salary is 11.44 euros gross per hour, with a fixed morning schedule from Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 14:00, allowing afternoons free. Initial employment is through two-week contracts, with a high likelihood of periodic renewal and long-term continuity depending on performance and company needs. There is a real possibility of performing paid overtime hours based on production peaks, supplementing regular income. At least two years of experience in industrial environments, metal fabrication plants, automotive or injection facilities, or similar workshops is required. Physical work capability, attention to detail, and manual dexterity for handling and control tasks are fundamental. Basic knowledge of metallurgical processes and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning in a dynamic environment are valued.
