MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Job Description **MAINTENANCE OPERATOR** Do you want to work for a leading European agri-food business group? If so, you’re in luck—we are currently seeking a MAINTENANCE OPERATOR for one of our companies located in PUÇOL (VALENCIA). Main responsibilities include: * Repairing and maintaining equipment and facilities, and resolving all types of malfunctions in machinery and installations, under guidance from the department head and according to machinery manuals. * Performing basic preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electromechanical, and electropneumatic systems across general machinery. * Keeping the workstation clean, preventing accumulation of dirt, dust, or metallic debris—especially around machines with moving parts. * Collecting, cleaning, and storing tools and equipment in designated storage areas after use. * Properly cleaning and maintaining machinery and work equipment according to established maintenance schedules. * Sorting and placing waste and garbage into appropriate containers and bins. * Carrying out instructions received from the supervisor, as well as executing work orders according to the maintenance plan. * Performing weekend and holiday on-call duties to address incidents arising at the production plant. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Vocational Training Level II or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Mechanical, Electronics, and/or Electrical Engineering. * Prior experience in a similar role (minimum 1\-2 years) within industrial mechanical and electrical maintenance is preferred. * Residency within the province where the vacancy is located is advantageous. **OFFERED:** * An attractive position offering professional growth opportunities. * Continuous on-the-job training. * Compensation commensurate with candidate qualifications. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, rotating intensive shifts—morning and afternoon.
