**Description:** ---------------- At TALENT SERVICES (Castilla Group), we are managing a Maintenance Manager position for an industrial company located at the Ripoll plant. **What will you do?** * Ensure the proper operation of plant facilities and equipment by leading the maintenance team. * Lead and coordinate a team of 18 people, promoting equal treatment between women and men. * Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance. * Manage spare parts and materials required for maintenance. * Monitor and coordinate work performed by external suppliers and freelancers. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. * Implement continuous improvements in maintenance processes. * Ensure discretion in handling sensitive information. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract and full-time working hours (Monday to Friday). * Salary: 50\.000 € gross per year. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** * Education: Technical Engineering or Higher Vocational Training in Electromechanics. * Experience: at least 5 years in similar roles. * Knowledge: GMAO/CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), spare parts and supplier management. * Skills: leadership and team management, organization and planning, effective communication and equal treatment. * Other: strong teamwork ability and results orientation.
