Description

The professional in this position will be responsible for carrying out a series of fundamental technical tasks related to the assembly and commissioning of industrial machinery. Key activities include mechanical assembly of structures, trays, supports, springs, and damping elements, ensuring correct integration of all physical components of the equipment. Additionally, the role involves electrical installation and wiring, including precise mounting and cabling of vibratory motors, electromagnetic coils, and control panels, guaranteeing that electrical systems operate according to established technical specifications. Another key responsibility is participation in testing and commissioning on test benches, where equipment connections are made, electrical consumption is verified, and vibration amplitudes are measured and adjusted to ensure optimal equipment performance. Furthermore, the technician will perform fine adjustments, such as precise air-gap calibration in electromagnetic vibrators and balancing of counterweights and eccentrics in electromechanical vibrators—critical processes for machinery efficiency and durability. Finally, the role includes quality control tasks during testing, identifying any visual anomalies, misalignments, or unusual noises that may indicate a malfunction. Routine use of specialized workshop tools—including torque wrenches, multimeters, and vibration meters—will be an integral part of daily work, ensuring all operations are performed with maximum precision and in full compliance with required safety and quality standards.
