Currently, the company is undergoing rapid growth and expansion, with a continuous volume of construction projects in Western Andalusia. If you seek continuity, autonomy, and participation in forward-looking projects within a thriving sector, we want to meet you. **Main Responsibilities** The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall management of energy rehabilitation projects, performing duties such as: * Planning, organizing, and monitoring construction execution. * Coordinating in-house teams, subcontractors, and industrial partners. * Supervising production, quality, and adherence to deadlines. * Economic control of the project and cost tracking. * Managing certifications, measurements, and valuations. * Direct liaison with technical management, property owners, and suppliers. * Coordinating procurement and controlling supplies. * Resolving technical issues arising during construction. * Monitoring safety and compliance with regulations on site. Requirements Requirements * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager. * Experience in building construction, rehabilitation, or envelope projects. * Leadership and team coordination capabilities. * Autonomous and solution-oriented profile. * Ability to plan and control construction projects. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving objectives. * Residence in Seville or Cádiz, or willingness to travel within Western Andalusia.
