If so, you’re in luck—we are currently seeking an IT TECHNICIAN – SYSTEMS. **Key Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment, servers, and network devices. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Provide technical support to internal users. Administer the Group’s networks (routers, switches, firewalls, and access points). Monitor network performance, identifying and resolving connectivity and security issues. Implement and manage network security policies. Manage and administer servers (on-premises/Azure). Supervise the operation of critical systems (email, databases, enterprise applications, and cloud services). Manage data backup and recovery processes, ensuring information integrity and availability. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering (a Higher Vocational Training Certificate in Computer Science, Systems specialization, may also be considered). Knowledge of cloud computing, Active Directory identity protection, antivirus solutions, Microsoft Office 365 tools, networking, microcomputing, and Wi-Fi is desirable.
