Therefore, we are seeking to hire an Industrial Electromechanic eager to develop their professional career in a dynamic, technologically advanced environment offering growth opportunities. **Job Objective** Ensure proper operation, preventive and corrective maintenance of production and packaging equipment and facilities, guaranteeing operational continuity, product quality, and compliance with safety and food hygiene regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on sauce manufacturing and packaging machinery. * Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures in production equipment. * Intervene in manufacturing, dosing, packaging, labeling, coding, and packing lines. * Record all maintenance activities performed and report incidents to the area supervisor. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards. * Collaborate closely with Production to minimize downtime and optimize line performance. **Requirements** * Medium or Higher Vocational Training in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Electricity, Mechatronics, or equivalent. **Experience** * Prior experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within food or beverage companies. * Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role. **Technical Knowledge** * Industrial electricity. * Industrial mechanics. * Pneumatics and hydraulics. * Electric motors, gearboxes, and frequency inverters. * Sensors, instrumentation, and industrial automation. * Interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings. **Competencies** * Analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Orientation toward safety and quality. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Ability to work under pressure and respond rapidly to incidents. **Work Schedule** * Full\-time position. * Monday to Friday. * Availability to work three rotating shifts: * Morning shift. * Afternoon shift. * Night shift. * Availability to work overtime or address occasional incidents as required by production. **Working Conditions** * Work in a food production plant dedicated to sauce manufacturing and packaging. * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Strict adherence to industrial safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
