At **IPLAN GESTIÓN INTEGRAL**, an engineering firm specializing in energy, civil works, renewable energy, and environmental sectors, we are seeking to hire a **Project Director** to lead projects related to the integrated water cycle and hydroelectric facilities in the **Vall d'Aran, based in Lleida or nearby areas.** We are part of **VULCAIN ENGINEERING**, an international engineering group with a global presence and a strong track record in strategic energy and infrastructure projects. ##### **Your Mission** To direct and supervise the execution of projects related to the water cycle and hydroelectric installations, ensuring compliance with technical, economic, environmental, and quality objectives, as well as proper coordination of all involved parties. ##### **What You Will Do** * Lead and supervise construction execution. * Monitor timelines, costs, quality, and regulatory compliance. * Coordinate teams, contractors, and external stakeholders. * Oversee construction processes, procurement, and work scheduling. * Prepare progress reports and ensure safety and sustainability of operations. ##### **What We Are Looking For** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Highways, Canals and Ports), Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. * Over 15 years’ experience in project direction and management. * Proven experience in installation assembly, supervision, and review at hydroelectric power plants. * Demonstrated experience as Project Director or Team Leader for this type of project. * Proficiency in PRESTO, TCQ, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. * Professional-level Catalan language proficiency. ##### **What We Offer** * Permanent contract. * Integration into an international engineering group. * Participation in strategic projects within the water and energy sectors. * Professional development and career path planning. * Flexible working hours. * Reduced working hours every Friday throughout the year. * Reduced working hours during July and August.
