The selected candidate will be responsible for providing specialized technical support for Industrial Quality Control equipment. The **main responsibilities** of the successful candidate will be as follows: * On-site installation, validation, and commissioning of instruments. * Acquire technical and application-oriented training, both through internal courses and at the training centers of represented companies. * Perform on-site and internal diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. * Provide high-level technical support to external and internal customers at their facilities. * Provide telephone/remote assistance to customers. * Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and implement necessary corrective measures. * Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all required documentation and reports. * Follow all company procedures and protocols. * Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures at all times. * Promote maintenance contracts among target customers. * Collaborate with commercial and marketing departments on instrument fleet renewal. **Required Education and Knowledge** * Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of maintenance and diagnostics of measurement equipment used in industrial and laboratory processes. * Proficiency in IT tools and technical management systems. * Minimum English level B2 (technical environment). Although not mandatory, possession of an **RX equipment operator license** will be considered a strong advantage. Travel availability is required (30% Iberia).
