At **Ilerwork**, we collaborate with a well-established construction company specializing in residential building projects, which is looking to hire a **Site Manager** for a major development in **Valencia**: the construction of three residential towers, each comprising approximately 100 housing units. If you enjoy coordinating teams, organizing on-site execution, and contributing to large-scale projects, this could be an excellent opportunity to advance your career. **What will you do?**
* Supervise and coordinate daily site execution, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and established specifications.
* Organize and manage internal work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Coordinate trades together with the Site Manager, ensuring proper planning and forecasting of tasks.
* Carry out setting-out surveys and monitor correct execution of various work packages.
* Serve as the on-site prevention resource, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
* Resolve technical and organizational issues arising during execution.
* Ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders involved in the project.
Requirements
* Prior experience in residential building construction projects.
* Experience managing work teams or demonstrated potential to assume such responsibility.
* 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention training (mandatory requirement).
* Knowledge of setting-out surveys and site organization.
* Leadership, organizational, and issue-resolution capabilities.
* Crane operator license is desirable.
