You will be responsible for leading and supervising the execution of construction and maintenance projects for electrical substations, ensuring that deadlines, costs, quality, and safety requirements established in the project are met. This position requires a candidate with technical experience in the electrical sector and specific knowledge in the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical substation facilities. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * **Site Management:** * Supervise the execution of construction, installation, and maintenance activities for electrical substations, from planning through to final project delivery. * Coordinate daily work team activities on site, ensuring adherence to established deadlines and optimal resource utilization. * Ensure compliance with applicable technical, safety, and environmental regulations for electrical substation installations. * **Quality and Safety Control:** * Verify that all work is performed according to the quality and safety standards required by the project. * Implement and supervise occupational safety protocols on site, guaranteeing a safe working environment for the team. * Conduct periodic inspections and quality audits to ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and current regulations. * **Client and Supplier Coordination:** * Serve as the primary point of contact with the client for coordinating project progress and resolving incidents or technical issues. * Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring materials and services are delivered on schedule and in line with project requirements. * **Financial Management:** * Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient use of resources. * Prepare periodic reports on the financial status of the project, identifying potential deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Plan and monitor payments to suppliers and contractors, ensuring payments are made according to the project schedule. * **Planning and Time Control:** * Develop and update construction schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines for final project delivery. * Manage human resources, materials, and equipment to meet production targets and optimize execution timelines. * **Technical Issue Resolution:** * Identify and resolve technical problems during project execution, finding effective solutions to keep the project within established parameters. * Coordinate with the technical team for project reviews and any necessary design adjustments during execution. **Requirements:** * University degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in projects related to the construction, installation, and maintenance of electrical substations. * Advanced technical knowledge of electrical systems, substation equipment, and applicable regulations. * Experience working in companies within the electrical sector (e.g., Elecnor, Cobra, or similar). * Leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. **We Offer:** * Permanent full-time contract. * Competitive salary. * Professional growth and development opportunities within an expanding company. * Additional benefits and a collaborative, professional work environment. **Interested in the challenge?** Apply now or share this opportunity with someone who matches the profile.
