As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to reinforce our team with a Data Engineer experienced in advanced data environments to join a strategic cyberdefense project.
What will you do? ️
* Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
* Implement ingestion, transformation, and loading processes for large volumes of data
* Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability through automated validations ✅
* Manage and optimize relational and NoSQL databases ️
* Orchestrate data flows using tools such as Airflow, NiFi, or Prefect ️
* Monitor pipeline performance and optimize processing times
* Work with various data formats (JSON, Parquet, Avro, CSV)
* Collaborate with data architects, BI teams, analytics, and artificial intelligence teams
* Document data flows, technical dependencies, and implemented solutions
* Participate in CI/CD automation and deployment of data pipelines

**Essential Requirements:**
* Experience designing and implementing ETL and ELT pipelines
* Advanced SQL proficiency and handling of large data volumes
* Programming in data-oriented languages (Python, Scala, or Java)
* Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, NiFi, or Prefect)
* Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
* Understanding of structured and semi\-structured data formats
* Experience in data quality control and automated validations ✅
**Desirable Requirements:**
* Experience in Big Data environments (Spark, Hadoop, Flink)
* Knowledge of Data Lake and Data Warehouse architectures
* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) ️
* Knowledge of data streaming (Kafka, Kinesis, or Pub/Sub)
* Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes
* Basic knowledge of data governance and metadata
**Education:**
* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
* Specialized training in Big Data or Data Engineering (valued)
* Minimum English level B2 (C1 preferred)

What does our selection process look like?
