**Grupo Ceviche,** a leader in Peruvian gastronomy with over 20 years in the Spanish market, is seeking a passionate Cook to join our team. If you have restaurant kitchen experience, enjoy working collaboratively, and are motivated by delivering high-quality dishes, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities** * Prepare Peruvian dishes following recipes and quality standards. * Perform mise en place prior to service commencement. * Prepare Peruvian-style side dishes, sauces, and accompaniments. * Assist in preparing à la carte dishes and house specialties. * Manage kitchen stations (cold and hot). * Apply proper cooking techniques to ensure the quality of each preparation. * Monitor dish presentation and quality before service. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper organization of the work area. * Comply with hygiene, food handling, and food safety regulations. * Assist in inventory control, food storage, and proper stock rotation. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure agile and efficient service. **Requirements** * Valid work permit in Spain (mandatory) * Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook. * Experience in Peruvian restaurants or rotisseries (highly desirable). * Knowledge of Peruvian cuisine. * Experience in high-volume restaurant kitchens. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Organized, responsible individual committed to quality. **Benefits** * 20% discount at our restaurants **Salary** * €1,600 gross/month (negotiable) Salary: €1,600.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
